One beef bratwurst and one veal bratwurst, grilled served on sauerkraut with French fries.

Fresh pork diced, sauteed and simmered in it’s own juice with onions and paprika powder, served over Spaetzle with sauerkraut.

Salad of the day, garnished with olives.

Flaky pastry shell filled with Veal Ragout in Riesling sauce with mushrooms.

One Pork & Beef Bratwurst and one Veal Bratwurst, grilled. Served on Sauerkraut, with French fries.

Frikadellen (Berliner Bulette)  |  $17.95
Made from ground Pork and Beef with onions, parsley and several spices, rolled, breaded and pan-fried. Served with Mashed Potatoes, Red Cabbage and homemade Brown Gravy. (History: Eduard Martin, restaurant owner in Berlin created this dish 1903.)

Westfaelischer Sauerbraten  |  $23.95
Choice Top Round of Beef, traditionally marinated for several days, braised and slow roasted. Served with Spaetzle and Red Cabbage. (History: This is a sweet-and-sour dish, prepared after a traditional recipe from Westphalia, where the gravy is made with Pumpernickel Bread and Raisins.)

Jägerschnitzel  |  $25.95
Tender milk-fed Veal Cutlet, floured and sautéed in butter, topped with a Mushroom-Creme Sauce, served with Potato Pancakes and Red Cabbage.

Rindsroulade (Beef Roulade)  |  $23.95
Choice Top Round of Beef, thinly sliced, seasoned with herbs and mustard, rolled up with Pickles, Onions and Bacon inside, and slowlybraised in it’s own juices. Served with Mashed Potatoes and Red Cabbage. (History: A delicious specialty from Swabia.)

Kohlrouladen (Cabbage Rolls)  |  $19.95
A favorite dish throughout Germany and Poland. Cabbage leaves stuffed with a pork, beef and rice mixture rolled up and slowly simmered in the oven. Served with Mashed Potatoes and Tomato Sauce. (History: Cabbage is said to have been a popular staple among the Anglo-Saxons in the 5th Century. But the Romans must have known about it too, because they named it “caput” from which the words Kappus and Kappes were formed. the names are still in use in a number of German provinces and also in Poland.)

Pfeffersteak (Pepper Steak)  |  $34.95
6-7 oz. Broiled Prime Beef Tenderloin with a German style Green Peppercorn Sauce, Potato Pancakes and Green Beans. (A favorite dish throughout Germany.)

Schweinefilet Jaeger Art (Pork Medallions)  |  $22.95
Pork Tenderloin Medallions broiled , topped with a Mushroom cream sauce. Served with Spaetzle and Red Cabbage.

Hungarian Goulash  |  $19.95
Fresh Pork diced, sauteed and simmered in it’s own juice with lots of onions and herbs, served over Spaetzle with Sauerkraut (History: The 39th Hungarian Infantry Regiment brought the recipe to Vienna over 200 years ago! From their, it started it’s victorius way through Europe and you can find it on almost every menu in one of its several varieties.)

Pierogi (a vegetarian dish)  |  $18.95
Pasta Shells, filled with Potato and Cheese, topped with sauteed onions. Served with sour cream. (History: A traditional dish of Poland.)

Filetspitzen Stroganoff  |  $23.95
Strips of Beef Tenderloin, sauteed in butter, served in a Mushroom-Creme Sauce, flammed with a shot of Vodka. We serve our Stroganoff over Spaetzle with Pickles. (History: Graf Sergij Grigorjewitsch Stroganow came from a very old Russian Familie which influenced in the 16th century the conquest of Siberia).

Wiener Schnitzel  |  $24.95
Tender milk-fed Veal Cutlet, breaded and sauteed in butter to a golden brown, served traditionally with French Fries and Vegetables. (History: a long-time traditional favorite from Vienna, Austria, that gained popularity throughout Eruope.)
